About Me

Hi, I’m Tristan Costelo, a retail leasing specialist here with Real Estate 360. I live with my wonderful partner Jess in Halifax and we’ve just welcomed our first child, a beautiful girl named Quinn!

I’m entering my seventh year in the Real Estate business and am passionate about this crazy and fast paced business of retail real estate that we work in. Before I joined Mark’s team, I spent several years on the residential side of the industry selling homes and working from a well-known brokerage. For me, commercial real estate has been energizing and inspiring, and it’s the creativity that is required and the interesting nuances of each deal that I really enjoy. Helping people is what drives me and I am grateful that I have been so very busy and successful so quickly! I look forward to many more years of assisting Landlord and retail Tenant clients achieve their growth objectives.

When I’m not at the office, you might find me at home creating works of metal in my forge, or going for long hikes with the family and my two very large, Great Danes!
